Passive House Certified Designer

I’m a Chartered Architect who has been specialising in complex high-end residential projects, refurbishments, extensions and interior design (sanitaryware, stone, other hard finishes and lighting selection, joinery design).

I have experience of all the Works Stages, including:

  • design development,

  • preparation of documents required for statutory submissions,

  • production of information, incl. drawings, schedules, and other contract documentation,

  • coordination of consultants’ information (Structural, Mechanical & Electrical, Audio Visual, Security, Landscaping, Interior Designers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, etc.),

  • preparation of tender packages, tendering, tender assessments and negotiations,

  • project administration, incl. site supervision, on-site problem solving, running design team and site meetings, managing design changes, assessing and issuing payment certificates & ensuring high quality outcomes on site.

I am practical, clear thinking and thorough; which enables me to plan, organise & coordinate projects. I’m self-motivated and genuinely love working in the field of Architecture. I enjoy the challenges not only of the projects, but also of the people involved, including mentoring less experienced staff positively, kindly and compassionately. I’ve also been involved in building an improved office culture through encouraging collaboration and ensuring staff have the necessary knowledge of office and CAD protocols to ensure efficient working.
